The present invention relates to a vehicle trunk board and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to: a vehicle trunk board which improves the strength of a core part by providing a reinforcing member at one side of the core part, and simultaneously, prevents, in advance, the displacement or damage of the reinforcing member caused by a heavy object by supporting the reinforcing member through a foaming member, thereby largely improving the lifespan; and the manufacturing method therefor. La présente invention concerne un panneau de coffre de véhicule et son procédé de fabrication, et, de façon plus spécifique : un panneau de coffre de véhicule, lequel panneau améliore la résistance d'une partie centrale par la disposition d'un élément de renfort sur un côté de la partie centrale, et empêche simultanément, à l'avance, le déplacement ou la détérioration de l'élément de renfort provoqués par un objet lourd, par le fait de faire soutenir l'élément de renfort par l'intermédiaire d'un élément moussant, de façon à améliorer ainsi considérablement la durée de vie; et le procédé de fabrication pour ce dernier. Selon la présente invention, la résistance de la partie centrale est améliorée par le fait de disposer l'élément de renfort sur un côté de la partie centrale, et empêche simultanément, à l'avance, le déplacement ou la détérioration de la partie centrale du fait de l'objet lourd à l'aide de l'élément moussant, de façon à améliorer ainsi considérablement la durée de vie.
본 발명은 차량용 트렁크 보드 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 코어부의 일측에 보강부재를 설치하여 코어부의 강도가 향상되도록 하면서도 발포부재를 통해 보강부재를 지지하여 중량물에 의한 보강부재의 변위 또는 손상을 미연에 방지함으로써 수명을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 차량용 트렁크 보드 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 코어부의 일측에 보강부재를 설치하여 코어부의 강도가 향상되도록 하면서도 발포부재를 통해 코어부를 지지하여 중량물에 의한 코어부의 변위 또는 손상을 미연에 방지함으로써 수명을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
