Tensile stiffness and/or compression stiffness of peripheral areas (3a) of the holes (5) is lower than tensile stiffness and/or compression stiffness of the other area (3b), which surrounds the peripheral areas (3a), in the one direction, and the width of the peripheral area (3a) in a direction orthogonal to the one direction is set to 1.1 times or less of the diameter of the hole (5) in the direction orthogonal to the one direction.
