A vehicle entry control device according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: at least one memory configured to store instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to: acquire first driver information that is information indicating a driving tendency of a driver of a vehicle approaching a predetermined control target area; determine whether the vehicle is a target vehicle of entry restriction to a control target area based on the first driver information; and notify the vehicle determined as the target vehicle of entry restriction of information for preventing entry into the control target area.
