Systems and methods for structural integrity management system for an aircraft. The system includes an electronic processor configured to receive information regarding damage to a component of the aircraft, update a digital twin model associated with the aircraft based on the received information, and perform a rapid structural analysis using the updated digital twin model. The electronic processor is further configured to determine, based on the results of the rapid structural analysis and either or both of a historic use of the aircraft and a current future usage profile of the aircraft, an actionable direction, and perform the actionable direction.
