The heat exchange system comprises an air conditioning system, a drive source cooling system, and a duct. The duct extends from both an inside air inlet port and an outside air inlet port to an air conditioning outlet port. The duct is branched into a cooling passage and a heating passage. The evaporator is disposed upstream from a branch point of the duct. The radiator is disposed in the heating passage. A first air mix door is disposed in the cooling passage. A second air mix door is disposed downstream of the radiator in the heating passage.
