To enable a user to easily grasp an operation state of a battery station in an area desired by the user regardless of the current position of the user, a user terminal is configured to display a guidance screen for guiding a location of the battery station to the user based on information transmitted from a management server, and the guidance screen displays a guide map showing an icon 92 indicating a location of the battery station and superimposed on a map 91 of a designated area designated by the user such that closing and maintenance suspension of the battery station can be identified.
