A third angle is formed by a length directional geometric center line of the third bent slot and a length directional geometric center line of a first segment of the outer layer permanent magnet slot a fourth angle is formed between a length directional geometric center line of the fourth bent slot and a length directional geometric center line of a second segment of the outer layer permanent magnet slot.
