A blowing device includes: a casing 20 which is connected to an air conditioner of a vehicle; a ventilation path 50 which is formed from an inlet 50c to an outlet 50d of the casing 20; a second inclined portion 52 which is provided on the side of the outlet 50d in the casing 20; an intermediate portion 53 which is formed between the inlet 50c and the second inclined portion 52; a wind direction variable member 40 that is provided in the ventilation path 50 and is able to change a wind direction of an inflow wind through the inlet 50c toward the intermediate portion 53 or the outlet 50d; and a cover member 90 that is provided with a hole portion 92 penetrating therethrough in an X direction and the cover member 90 is disposed in the +X direction in relation to an end portion of the second inclined portion 52 in the −X direction.
