An applicable public service mobile body extraction module extracts an applicable public service vehicle based on operation information of the public service vehicle, the desired get-on condition and the desired get-off condition, the applicable public service vehicle being a public service mobile body scheduled to operate in such a manner that the user can get on the public service mobile body at the first time within the first area and can get off the public service mobile body at the second time within the second area.
