A cable routing system of a bicycle, including a frame, a stem, and a fork. The frame includes a head tube and a down tube. The head tube has a top portion having an upper mounting hole and a bottom portion having a lower mounting hole. The down tube is connected to a lower section of the head tube and communicates with the head tube. The fork includes a steering tube sequentially passing through the lower mounting hole and the upper mounting hole to be disposed in the stem, so that the stem is engaged with the steering tube and is located on the top portion. At least one guiding tube is disposed on an inner wall of the head tube. An end of the at least one guiding tube extends toward the upper mounting hole, and another end of the at least one guiding tube extends toward the down tube.
