In connection with a filter circuit, an inductance of a coil is set to Z01/ω, a capacitance of a capacitor is set to (a1+1)/(a1·ω·Z01), an inductance of a coil is set to a1·Z01/ω, and a capacitance of a capacitor is set to (a1+1)/(a12·ω·Z01), where ω represents a frequency of an inverter, a1 represents a ratio of an output voltage to an input voltage of the filter circuit, and Z01 represents any design value.
