The invention relates to an electrical store having at least one store element (2) and one positive and one negative pole (3, 4), the poles (3, 4) being electrically conductively connected to the store element (2), and the electric motor (18) being connected to the poles (3, 4). A water sensor (5, 13) is provided, which determines whether one of the poles (3, 4) is in contact with water, the water sensor (5, 13) being operatively connected to a disconnection device (9), which is used to interrupt the electrically conductive connection between at least one of the poles (3, 4) and the store element (2) (FIG. 1).
