A smart building automated check-in system includes a processor; and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the system to: receive a digital image of a user; receive a visited user selection; and transmit a notification to a computing device of the visited user, the notification including an identifier of the visiting user. A non-transitory computer readable medium includes program instructions that when executed, cause a computer to: receive a digital image of a user; receive a visited user selection; and transmit a notification to a computing device of the visited user, the notification including an identifier of the visiting user.
