The cooling device includes a pair of coolant pipes that introduce and discharge a coolant and a cooling channel that connects the coolant pipes to each other to move the coolant from a first coolant pipe to a second coolant pipe. Additionally, a heat transfer plate is coupled to the cooling channel and has a contact surface configured to be in surface contact with a heat-emitting element.
