전기 차량 충전기에서 카메라로 촬영한 번호판을 딥 러닝을 이용한 번호판 인식엔진을 통해 인식하여, 팬터그래프용 버스, 전기 자동차, 비 전기차량을 정확하게 인식할 수 있도록 한 딥 러닝을 이용한 전기 차량 인식시스템에 관한 것으로서, 전기차 충전기에 차량의 접근이 감지되면 접근 차량의 번호판을 촬영하는 카메라, 클라우드 서버와 연동하여 번호판 인식엔진을 최적화하며, 상기 최적화된 번호판 인식엔진을 통해 상기 카메라에서 촬영된 번호판 이미지를 인식하고, 번호판 인식 정보를 충전 제어부에 제공하는 카메라 제어부, 및 카메라 제어부에서 제공된 번호판 인식 정보를 기초로 접근 차량이 전기차인지 또는 팬터그래프 버스인지 또는 일반 차량인지를 판단하고, 판단 결과를 기초로 충전 제어 및 주차 관제를 수행하는 충전 제어부를 포함하여, 딥 러닝을 이용한 전기 차량 인식시스템을 구현한다.

    An electric vehicle recognition system using deep learning is realized that enables accurate recognition of pantograph buses, electric vehicles, and non-electric vehicles by recognizing, by means of a license plate recognition engine using deep learning, license plates captured by a camera at an electric vehicle charger, wherein the electric vehicle recognition system using deep learning comprises: a camera that captures a license plate of an approaching vehicle when an approach of the vehicle is detected at an electric vehicle charger; a camera control unit that is equipped with a license plate recognition engine, optimizes the license plate recognition engine through learning of pantograph buses and electric vehicles in conjunction with a cloud server, recognizes a license plate image captured by the camera through the optimized license plate recognition engine, and provides license plate recognition information to a charging control unit; and a charging control unit that determines whether the approaching vehicle is an electric vehicle, a pantograph bus, or a non-electric vehicle on the basis of the license plate recognition information, and controls charging and parking on the basis of the determination result.
