본 발명은 전기 차량 충전 안내 정보를 제공하는 주행 정보 표시 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 주행 안내 정보 및 전기 차량의 위치 정보를 수신하고 상기 주행 안내 정보에 대응하는 안내 화면을 출력하도록 제어하는 프로세서 및 도로 정보 및 상기 프로세서에 의해 구동되는 알고리즘이 저장되는 저장부를 포함하고, 상기 주행 안내 정보는 상기 전기 차량의 내외부 상태 정보 및 상기 현재 운전자 정보를 기초로 생성되는 목표 잔여 배터리 충전량보다 상기 전기 차량의 배터리 충전량이 낮아지지 않도록 하는 충전 안내 정보를 포함하는 주행 정보 표시 장치, 충전 안내 정보를 생성하는 주행 정보 관리 서버 및 그 동작 방법을 제공한다.
