본 발명은 LDC를 이용한 프리차징 기능을 구비하는 전력 변환 시스템 및 방법을 공개한다. 본 발명은 전력 변환 시스템에 일반적으로 이용되는 저전압 DC-DC 컨버터(LDC:Low Voltage DC-DC Converter)를 이용하여, 릴레이와 연결된 DC-Link 커패시터를 충전함으로써, 종래의 무거운 프리차지 릴레이 및 저항을 이용하지 않고, 효율적으로 프리차지를 수행할 수 있다.
