본 발명은 구조물 몸체의 하단에 복수 개의 부력체를 상·하 방향으로 나란히 적층함으로써 부력체와 부력체 사이에 형성되는 수막층을 통해 지진 발생 시 지면으로부터 전해지는 지진 충격을 완화할 수 있는 부유식 구조물에 관한 것이다.
