본 발명은 생분해성 수지 조성물을 포함하며, 상기 생분해성 수지 조성물은 75 % 내지 97 %의 9주 후 생분해도를 가지고, 상기 생분해성 수지 조성물은 35 % 내지 65 %의 1주 후 가수분해도를 가지며, 상기 생분해도 및 상기 가수분해도는 하기의 측정 방법 1에 의해서 측정되는 생분해성 부표 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공한다. [측정 방법 1](발명의 설명 참조)

    The present invention provides a biodegradable buoy and a manufacturing method thereof, the biodegradable buoy comprising a biodegradable resin composition, wherein the biodegradable resin composition has a degree of biodegradation of 75% to 97% after 9 weeks, and a degree of hydrolysis of 35% to 65% after 1 week, and the degree of biodegradation and the degree of hydrolysis are measured by the following measurement method 1.
