본 발명에 따른 배터리 진단 장치는, 복수의 배터리 셀을 포함하는 배터리 진단 장치에 있어서, 각 배터리 셀의 셀 전압을 나타내는 전압 신호를 획득하고, 상기 전압 신호를 기초로, 각 배터리 셀의 이동 평균 전압을 결정하고, 상기 각 배터리 셀의 이동 평균 전압과 복수의 배터리 셀의 이동 평균 전압의 평균간의 차이인 셀 진단 편차를 기초로 각 배터리 셀의 이상을 검출하는 프로세서를 포함한다.

    A battery diagnosis apparatus according to the present disclosure is for diagnosis of a cell group including a plurality of battery cells connected in series, and includes a voltage sensing circuit configured to periodically generate a voltage signal indicating a cell voltage of each battery cell; and a control circuit configured to generate time series data indicating a change in cell voltage of each battery cell over time based on the voltage signal. The control circuit is configured to (i) determine a first average cell voltage and a second average cell voltage of each battery cell based on the time series data, wherein the first average cell voltage is a short term moving average, and the second average cell voltage is a long term moving average, and (ii) detect an abnormal voltage of each battery cell based on a difference between the first average cell voltage and the second average cell voltage.
