차량용 카메라 이미지센서의 고장진단방법은 차량용 카메라 이미지센서를 미리 설정된 각각의 온도에 노출시킨 상태에서 추출된 화질이 소정의 기준보다 불량한 데이터를 데이터 증폭(Data Augmentation) 및 전처리하는 단계와, 상기 전처리된 데이터를 정상화질, 감소화질 및 불량화질로 각각 라벨링하고, 원핫 인코딩(One-Hot Encoding)을 사용하여 범주화하는 단계와, 범주화한 데이터셋을 VGGNet(Visual Geometry Group Net)을 이용하여 학습하고 데이터를 분류하는 단계를 포함한다.
