본 발명은 컴퓨팅 수단에 의해 수행되는 선박 모니터링 방법에 관한 것으로, 항만에 설치되어 이미지를 촬상하는 카메라를 이용하여 항만 이미지를 획득하는 단계, 인공신경망을 이용하여 항만 이미지로부터 세그멘테이션 이미지를 생성하는 단계, 세그멘테이션 상에서 선박을 지시하는 클래스 값이 할당된 픽셀의 위치에 기초하여 복수의 선박을 트래킹하는 단계, 항만 이미지를 출력하는 단계, 출력된 항만 이미지 상에서 타겟 선박을 선택하는 사용자 입력 정보를 획득하는 단계, 트래킹되는 복수의 선박 중 사용자 입력 정보에 따라 선택된 타겟 선박을 결정하는 단계 및 세그멘테이션 이미지에 기초하여 타겟 선박과 안벽(pier) 사이의 거리 및 타겟 선박이 안벽으로 접근하는 속도 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 모니터링 정보를 획득하는 단계를 포함한다.

    The present invention relates to a berthing monitoring method performed by a computing means. According to one embodiment, disclosed is the berthing monitoring method which comprises the steps of: obtaining a port image including the sea and a plurality of ships by using a camera installed in a port to capture an image; generating a segmentation image for objects from the port image by using an artificial neural network learned by using a learning set labeling pixels corresponding to an input image and the objects including the sea, ships, and geographic features included in the input image with class values indicating the sea, ships, and geographic features, respectively; obtaining tracking information including location information of representative points representing each of the plurality of ships by tracking the plurality of ships based on first pixels assigned the class values indicating the ships of the segmentation image; determining a target ship to be guided to a berth of the tracked ships based on the tracking information; and obtaining berthing guide information including a bow distance, which is a distance between a bow and a quay wall of the target ship, and a stern distance, which is a distance between a stern and the quay wall of the target ship, based on the segmentation image. According to one embodiment, the ship can be recognized and a monitoring target can be determined based on this.
