The present invention relates to a system for determining a charging fee, which comprises: a plurality of small-scale power generation systems for producing power using renewable energy; an electric vehicle charging station system for charging an electric vehicle; and an energy storage system for purchasing and storing the power of the small-scale power generation system, selling the power to the electric vehicle charging station system, determining an electric vehicle charging fee, and providing a basis for determining the electric vehicle charging fee so that users of the electric vehicle charging station system and the electric vehicle charging station system can check the determination basis of the electric vehicle charging fee.
