The present invention relates to a radiator hose composition for a vehicle. The technical idea of the present invention is to form the radiator hose composition for a vehicle which comprises: 3 to 10 parts by weight of a compatibilizer; 100 to 120 parts by weight of carbon black; 10 to 50 parts by weight of calcium carbonate having a particle size of 0.1 ㎛ or less and surface-treated with fatty acids; and 30 to 50 parts by weight of hydrocarbon-based process oil having a paraffin structure content of 70% or more, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a rubber substrate composed of 80 to 95 parts by weight of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber and 5 to 20 parts by weight of silicone rubber.
