The purpose of the present invention is to charge a low-capacity battery with a current by using a belt or a gear in a driving motor shaft of a vehicle and charge a large-capacity battery with electricity (220V) discharged from a booster by using a charging cable to connect the electricity discharged from the large-capacity battery to a wheel driving motor, thereby discharging the vehicle. According to the automatic charging system for an electric vehicle, one generator (12V or 24V) is attached to a drive motor shaft of a vehicle by using a belt or a gear to charge a low-capacity battery with a current, and the inverter is connected to an inverter (changing DC into AC) and the inverter is connected to a booster (220V) for increasing a voltage to 220V. In addition, electricity (220V) from the booster is charged to a large-capacity battery with a charging cable, so that when power from the large-capacity battery is connected to a wheel drive motor, the vehicle does not stop and is well discharged. According to the present invention, there is an advantage that there is no concern that the vehicle stops due to the discharge of the battery when driving the vehicle.
