The purpose of the present invention is to provide an integrated disaster monitoring system capable of monitoring a disaster situation in real time through a drone without risk, and preemptively responding to a disaster prediction area by intensively monitoring the disaster prediction area without going through the ground where access to the disaster area is not easy. An integrated disaster monitoring system comprises: a GIS server for providing geographical information of a specific area divided by region, a road, a building, and an air photograph; a region characteristic generation unit for generating characteristic information by digitizing a risk of disaster occurrence according to building density, population density, and traffic concentration for the specific area by using big data; a weather server for providing weather information for the specific area; one or more IoT sensor units for providing environment measurement information for the specific area; an environment information generation unit for collecting and integrating the environment measurement information to generate environment information for each specific area; one or more image providing units composed of an optical camera and a thermal image camera to provide first image information; a plurality of drones; a control server for monitoring disasters in real time and predicting the possibility of disaster occurrence; and a drone flight control unit.

    본 발명은, 특정지역의 지리정보를 제공하는 GIS서버(110), 특성정보를 생성하는 지역특성 생성부(120), 기상서버(130), 특정지역에 대한 환경계측정보를 제공하는 하나 이상의 IoT 센서부(140), 환경계측정보를 수집하고 통합하여 환경정보를 생성하는 환경정보 생성부(150), 광학카메라와 열화상카메라로 구성되어 제1영상정보를 제공하는 하나 이상의 영상 제공부(160), 광학카메라와 열화상카메라를 구비하여 특정지역에 대한 제2영상정보를 제공하는 다수의 드론(170), 환경정보와 제1영상정보와 제2영상정보를 분석하여, 재난을 실시간 모니터링하고 재난 발생가능성을 예측하는, 관제서버(180), 및 관제서버(180)에 의해 모니터링되거나 예측되는 재난 발생지역으로 비행경로를 설정하여 드론(170)을 호버링 비행시켜 제2영상정보를 관제서버(180)로 제공하는 드론비행제어부(190)를 포함하여, 지상을 통하지 않고, 드론을 통해 재난상황을 실시간 모니터링하여 파악하고, 재난 예측지역을 집중 모니터링하는 통합 재난 관제 시스템을 개시한다.
