The present invention relates to an air-cooled hybrid assembly baffle structure and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the air-cooled hybrid assembly baffle structure capable of diversifying a baffle shape for purposes such as cooling a battery module, and the manufacturing method thereof. The air-cooled hybrid assembly baffle structure of the present invention comprises: a baffle (30); and a flexible connecting member (33) and a flexible connecting member (32).
