The present invention relates to an automobile headliner using eco-friendly hot melt. More particularly, bio-based thermoplastic poly urethane (TPU) hot melt, synthesized to reduce environmental pollution and avoid wasting resources, can be used to make sponges and other surfaces that do not clog cells and reduce ventilation in automotive interiors such as car headliners. According to the present invention, an automobile headliner using eco-friendly hot melt comprises: a substrate (10); an adhesive layer (20) located on the substrate; and an epidermal layer (30) located on the adhesive layer.

    본 발명은 친환경 핫멜트를 이용한 자동차 헤드라이너에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, 환경오염을 줄이고 자원 낭비를 미연에 방지하기 위하여 합성된 바이오 기반 열가소성 폴리우레탄(Thermoplastic Poly Urethane, TPU) 핫멜트는 스펀지 등의 표면의 셀을 막지 않아 자동차 헤드라이너 등 자동차 내장재의 통풍 성능을 떨어뜨리지 않을 수 있다.
