The present invention relates to an electromagnetically compatible housing device (10) for a high-voltage battery (14) of a vehicle which comprises a first housing portion (16) that shields electromagnetic radiation and has an electrically conductive contact surface and a second housing portion (18), wherein the second housing portion is in a spring part form, shields electromagnetic radiation, is electrically conductively connected to the electrically conductive contact surface of the first housing portion (16), and is configured to establish an electrically conductive contact with a battery housing portion (12) of a high-voltage battery.
