The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a vehicle based on a posture and a pupil pattern of a driver, which can determine and respond to an emergency situation or state of a driver by learning the movement pattern of the pupils of a driver and the posture of the driver. The apparatus for controlling a vehicle based on a posture and a pupil pattern of a driver comprises: a pupil movement detection module detecting the movement of the pupils of a driver and opening and closing of the eyelids; a posture detection module detecting the posture or movement of the driver; a carbon monoxide detection module detecting the amount of carbon monoxide in a vehicle; an oxygen saturation level detection module installed on the steering wheel of the vehicle to detect an oxygen saturation level in the hands of the driver holding the steering wheel; a pulse detection module installed on the steering wheel of the vehicle to detect a pulse in the hands of the driver holding the steering wheel; a steering wheel pressure and sweat detection module installed on the steering wheel of the vehicle to detect the pressure of the hands of the driver holding the steering wheel and sweat on the hands; and a processor learning the movement pattern of the pupils of the driver and the posture of the driver in advance to analyze information detected by the pupil movement detection module, the posture detection module, the carbon monoxide detection module, the oxygen saturation level detection module, the pulse detection module, and the steering wheel pressure and sweat detection module in accordance with results of the learning to determine the state of the driver to perform response operations.

    본 발명은 운전자의 자세와 동공 패턴 기반 차량 제어 장치에 관한 것으로, 운전자의 동공 움직임과 눈꺼풀의 개폐를 검출하는 동공 움직임 검출 모듈; 운전자의 자세나 움직임을 검출하는 자세 검출 모듈; 차량 내부의 일산화탄소량을 검출하는 일산화탄소 검출 모듈; 차량의 핸들에 설치되어 핸들을 쥐고 있는 운전자의 손에서 산소포화도를 검출하는 산소포화도 검출 모듈; 차량의 핸들에 설치되어 핸들을 쥐고 있는 운전자의 손에서 맥박을 검출하는 맥박 검출 모듈; 차량의 핸들에 설치되어 핸들을 쥐고 있는 운전자의 손의 압력과 손에서 발생하는 땀을 검출하는 핸들 압력&땀 검출 모듈; 및 운전자의 자세와 운전자의 동공의 움직임 패턴을 미리 학습함으로써, 상기 학습 결과에 따라 상기 동공 움직임 검출 모듈, 자세 검출 모듈, 일산화탄소 검출 모듈, 산소포화도 검출 모듈, 맥박 검출 모듈, 및 핸들 압력&땀 검출 모듈에서 검출된 정보를 분석하여 운전자의 상태를 판단하여 대응 동작을 수행하는 프로세서;를 포함한다.
