The purpose of the present invention is to provide an automotive microfiber composite sound-absorbing material having superior sound-absorbing elasticity and superior sound-absorbing performance compared to existing sound-absorbing materials using general fibers or PET microfibers by mixing polyethylene terephthalate (PET) microfibers, polypropylene (PP) microfibers, and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nanofibers to manufacture an ultrafiber composite sound-absorbing material. At this time, the present invention is to provide an automotive microfiber composite sound-absorbing material having desired performance by adjusting sound-absorbing power and compression performance according to the ratio by mixing 52 to 68 wt% of PET microfibers, 25 to 35 wt% of PP microfibers, and 7 to 13 wt% of PVA nanofibers and manufacturing it to a thickness of 30 to 40 mm.

    본 발명은 PET(polyethylene terephthalate) 극세사, PP(polypropylene) 극세사, PVA(polyvinyl alcohol) 나노 섬유를 혼합하여 극세사 복합 흡음재를 제조함으로써, 일반사나 PET 극세사를 사용하는 기존 흡음재에 비교하여 흡음 탄성률이 우수하여 흡음 성능이 우수한 자동차용 극세사 복합 흡음재를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이때, 본 발명은 PET 극세사 52~68중량%, PP 극세사 25~35중량%, PVA 나노 섬유 7~13중량% 비율로 혼합하여 30~40㎜의 두께로 제조함에 따라, 비율에 따라 흡음력과 압축 성능을 조절하여 원하는 성능을 가진 자동차용 극세사 복합 흡음재를 제공하는데 다른 목적이 있다.
