An objective of the present invention is to provide an automatic traveling method, a work vehicle, and an automatic traveling system which can perform return traveling to a work route regardless of a position of a work vehicle deviating from the work route, thereby improving the workability. A combine (1) is a work vehicle which automatically travels on a work route (63) preset in a field (60), and includes a control device (30). The control device (30) functions as a return traveling control unit (37) to make the combine (1) automatically perform return traveling toward the work route (63) in response to a return operation for the combine (1) within the field (60) when the combine (1) has deviated from the work route (63).

    (과제) 작업 경로로부터 이탈한 작업 차량의 위치에 상관없이, 작업 경로까지 복귀 주행할 수 있어, 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있는 자동 주행 방법, 작업 차량 및 자동 주행 시스템을 제공한다. (해결 수단) 콤바인(1)은 포장(60)에 있어서 미리 설정된 작업 경로(63)의 자동 주행을 행하는 작업 차량이며, 제어 장치(30)를 구비하고 있다. 제어 장치(30)는 콤바인(1)이 작업 경로(63)로부터 이탈해 있을 시에, 포장(60) 내의 콤바인(1)에 대한 복귀 조작에 따라서, 콤바인(1)을 작업 경로(63)를 향해서 자동으로 복귀 주행시키는 복귀 주행 제어부(37)로서 기능한다.
