The present invention relates to a module for a refrigerant for a heat pump system for a vehicle, which is able to be convert the flowing direction of a refrigerant by being connected to an indoor condenser, an outdoor condenser, an evaporator, and an accumulator of a heating/cooling system for a vehicle, expand the moved refrigerant, and make the refrigerant and cooling water exchange heat with each other, and which comprises: a manifold body connected to an indoor condenser, an outdoor condenser, an evaporator, and an accumulator, and having an inner flow path unit guiding a refrigerant to move inside, and a valve assembly unit connected to the inner flow path unit; a water-cooled condenser engaged with the manifold body to be connected to the inner flow path unit, and making the refrigerant moved to the inner flow path unit and cooling water moved to a cooling water line exchange heat with each other; a battery chiller engaged with the manifold body to be connected to the inner flow path unit, and cooling battery cooling water by exchanging heat with the refrigerant; an expansion valve unit connected to the valve assembly unit, and reducing the pressure of the refrigerant moved to the water-cooled condenser, the outdoor condenser, the indoor condenser, the battery chiller, and the evaporator; an opening/closing valve unit connected to the valve assembly unit, and converting the flow of the refrigerant moved to the inner flow path unit; and a heat interference prevention separation unit formed on the manifold body to separate the inner flow path unit connected to the water-cooled condenser from the inner flow path unit connected to the battery chiller, and preventing the heat interference between the refrigerant exchanging heat with the water-cooled condenser and the refrigerant exchanging heat with the battery chiller. Therefore, cost can be reduced.
본 발명은, 차량용 냉난방 시스템의 실내콘덴서와, 실외콘덴서와 증발기 및 어큐뮬레이터와 연결되어 냉매의 흐름 방향을 전환하고, 이동되는 냉매를 팽창시키며, 냉매와 냉각수를 열교환하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템의 냉매용 모듈에 있어서, 실내콘덴서와, 실외콘덴서와 증발기 및 어큐뮬레이터와 연결되며, 내부에는 냉매가 이동하도록 가이드하는 내부유로부 및 내부유로부와 연결된 밸브조립부가 형성된 매니폴드 몸체, 내부유로부와 연결되도록 매니폴드 몸체에 결합 설치되며, 내부유로부로 이동되는 냉매와 냉각수라인으로 이동하는 냉각수를 열교환시키는 수냉식콘덴서, 내부유로부와 연결되도록 매니폴드 몸체에 결합 설치되며, 냉매와 열교환으로 배터리 냉각수를 냉각시키는 배터리칠러, 밸브조립부에 연결 구비되어, 수냉식콘덴서와, 실외콘덴서와, 실내콘덴서와 배터리칠러 및 증발기로 이동되는 냉매를 감압하는 팽창밸브부, 밸브조립부에 연결 구비되어, 내부유로부로 이동되는 냉매의 흐름을 전환하는 개폐밸브부, 수냉식콘덴서와 연결된 내부유로부 및 배터리칠러와 연결된 내부유로부 사이를 분리하도록 매니폴드 몸체에 형성되어, 수냉식콘덴서와 열교환되는 냉매와 배터리칠러와 열교환되는 냉매의 열간섭을 방지하는 열간섭방지분리부를 포함하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템의 냉매용 모듈을 제공한다.
