An on-water floating structure capable of preventing collision includes: a first floating unit body capable of floating; a second floating unit body positioned in a state of being spaced apart from the first floating unit body and capable of floating; a maintenance member for maintaining the first and second floating unit bodies at a first interval; a detection member for detecting a change of the first interval; and a pair of electromagnetic force generation units which are provided at side parts of the first and second floating unit bodies to face each other and generate a repulsive force to the first and second floating unit bodies in case that the first interval is reduced to a reference value or less. Therefore, collision between the floating unit bodies can be suppressed.
