본 발명은 수소처리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 제1 액화수소탱크 및 제2 액화수소탱크에 적용되는 수소처리 시스템에 있어서, 액체질소로 냉각시킨 기체수소를 산소가 제거된 제1 액화수소탱크 내에 도입하여 상기 제1 액화수소탱크 내를 1차 냉각시키는 1차 냉각부를 포함하며, 상기 제1 액화수소탱크에서 발생한 가열된 기체수소를 산소가 제거된 제2액화수소탱크에 도입하여 상기 제2 액화수소탱크를 가싱업하는 과정을 포함한다.
