Disclosed is an aspherical mirror assembly device for a head-up display, which can quickly assemble an aspherical mirror at a target location. Provided is the Aspherical mirror assembly device for the head-up display, which includes: a rotating plate on which the first, second, third, and fourth holders are mounted on an upper surface and rotates as a process progresses; a first application robot which applies silicone to a first area of a bracket mounted on the second holder; a second application robot which applies the silicone to the second area of the bracket mounted on the third holder; and a mirror loading unit which loads the aspherical mirror and mounts the aspherical mirror on the bracket mounted on the fourth holder.

    비구면 미러를 목표한 위치에 신속하게 조립할 수 있는 헤드업 디스플레이용 비구면 미러 조립 장치가 개시된다. 헤드업 디스플레이용 비구면 미러 조립 장치는, 제1 거치대, 제2 거치대, 제3 거치대 및 제4 거치대가 상면에 장착되고 공정 진행에 따라 회전하는 회전판, 제2 거치대에 거치되어 있는 브라켓의 제1 영역에 실리콘을 도포하는 제1 도포 로봇, 제3 거치대에 거치되어 있는 브라켓의 제2 영역에 실리콘을 도포하는 제2 도포 로봇, 및 비구면 미러를 로딩하여 제4 거치대에 거치되어 있는 브라켓에 비구면 미러를 장착시키는 미러 로딩부를 포함한다.
