The present invention relates to a refrigerant manifold that can be forged using small press equipment and that can easily be shaped through forging. More particularly, the refrigerant manifold comprises: a base plate; a valve block for installation of valves that control the flow of refrigerant; and a passage cover between the valve blocks or/and connecting the valve block and the refrigerant inlet. At this time, the valve block and the passage cover are joined to the base plate by brazing.

    본 발명은 소형 프레스 장비를 이용한 단조 가공이 가능하며 단조 가공을 통한 형상 구현이 용이한 냉매 매니폴드에 관한 것이다. 그 구성을 살펴보면, 베이스 플레이트와, 냉매의 흐름을 제어하는 밸브의 설치를 위한 밸브 블록과, 상기 밸브 블록 사이 또는/및 상기 밸브 블록과 냉매 출입구를 연결하는 패시지 커버를 포함한다. 이때, 상기 밸브 블록과 상기 패시지 커버가 상기 베이스 플레이트에 브레이징 접합된다.
