Introduced are a cold starting controlling method of a fuel cell vehicle and a control system. When starting the vehicle, it is determined whether to enter a cold starting mode. When cold starting, a target heat generation amount is calculated according to a fuel cell stack coolant temperature. An estimated time it will take for the coolant temperature measured at a standstill before the starting to reach a reference temperature is derived. The time required from measuring the coolant temperature at the standstill to entering the cold starting is derived. A target calorific value is corrected according to a ratio of the estimated time and the required time, and a final target calorific value is derived. The calorific value of a fuel cell stack reaches the final target calorific value. The cold starting controlling method for the fuel cell vehicle of the present invention comprises: a determining step; an outputting step; a first deducing step; a second deducing step; and a controlling step.

    차량의 시동시 냉시동 진입여부를 판단하고, 냉시동 진입시 연료전지 스택 냉각수 온도에 따라 목표발열량을 산출하며, 시동 전 정차상태에서 측정된 정차상태 냉각수 온도가 기준온도에 도달할 때까지 소요될 것으로 예상되는 예상시간을 도출하고, 정차상태 냉각수 온도를 측정한 시점부터 냉시동에 진입한 시점까지 소요된 소요시간을 도출하며, 예상시간과 소요시간의 비율에 따라 목표발열량을 보정하여 최종목표발열량을 도출하고, 연료전지 스택의 발열량이 최종목표발열량에 도달하도록 하는 연료전지 차량의 냉시동 제어방법 및 제어시스템이 소개된다.
