One embodiment of the present invention is to provide a vibration compensation device for a ship and a vibration compensation method for a ship that optimally minimize vibration in each of a plurality of zones of a ship. The vibration compensation device for a ship comprises: a first vibration sensor mounted on an engine of the ship; a first vibration compensator mounted on the engine of the ship; a second vibration sensor mounted in a cabin of the ship; and a control unit connected to the first vibration sensor, the first vibration compensator, and the second vibration sensor. The control unit changes the phase of the vibration compensator so that so that a first vibration level sensed by the first vibration sensor satisfies a set first set value or less and a second vibration level sensed by the second vibration sensor satisfies a set second set value or less.

    선박의 진동 보상 장치는 선박의 엔진에 장착된 제1 진동 센서, 상기 선박의 상기 엔진에 장착된 제1 진동 보상기, 상기 선박의 선실에 장착된 제2 진동 센서, 및 상기 제1 진동 센서, 상기 제1 진동 보상기, 및 상기 제2 진동 센서와 연결된 제어부를 포함하며, 상기 제어부는 상기 제1 진동 센서가 센싱한 제1 진동 레벨이 설정된 제1 설정값 이하를 만족하고 상기 제2 진동 센서가 센싱한 제2 진동 레벨이 설정된 제2 설정값 이하를 만족하도록 상기 제1 진동 보상기의 위상(phase)을 변경한다.
