The present invention relates to a floating hydrogen treatment facility, which comprises: a main body floating on water; a pressurized hydrogen tank which is mounted on the main body and stores hydrogen; and an unloading device which unloads hydrogen into the hydrogen tank of a hydrogen carrier or receives hydrogen from the hydrogen tank of a hydrogen carrier. The pressurized hydrogen tank is a pressure vessel that accumulates hydrogen above 0.7 bar_g. The unloading device, when unloading hydrogen into the hydrogen tank of the hydrogen carrier, unloads hydrogen at a pressure of 0.7 bar_g or less, and when hydrogen is delivered to the main body from the hydrogen tank of the hydrogen carrier, can deliver hydrogen with a pressure of 0.7 bar_g or more from the pressure-accumulated hydrogen tank during the operation of the carrier.

    본 발명은 부유식 수소 처리설비에 관한 것으로서, 물 위에 부유하는 본체, 본체에 탑재되며 수소를 저장하는 가압 수소 탱크 및 수소를 수소 운반선의 수소 탱크에 하역하거나, 수소 운반선의 수소 탱크로부터 수소를 전달받는 적하역 장치를 포함하고, 가압 수소 탱크는 0.7barg 이상으로 수소를 축압하는 압력 용기로 마련되며 상기 적하역 장치는, 수소를 상기 수소 운반선의 상기 수소 탱크에 하역하는 경우에는, 수소를 0.7barg 이하의 압력의 수소를 하역하고, 상기 수소 운반선의 상기 수소 탱크로부터 수소를 상기 본체에 전달받는 경우에는, 운항중 축압된 상기 수소 탱크로부터 0.7barg 이상의 압력의 수소를 전달받을 수 있다.
