The present invention provides a method for securing the anchor holding power of a floating offshore wind power plant, comprising the steps of: a) recovering an active chain of an active anchor anchored on the ground surface of the seafloor; b) recovering a passive chain of a passive anchor anchored on the ground surface of the seafloor; c) connecting the recovered active chain and the recovered passive chain to a tensioner; d) inputting the tensioner, to which the active chain and the passive chain have been connected, underwater; and e) securing the holding power of the active anchor and the passive anchor if the input of the tensioner underwater is completed, wherein the holding power of the anchors is secured maximally using a tensioner including a measurement pin to provide sufficient holding power to a floating offshore wind power plant, thereby minimizing the movement of the floating offshore wind power plant and enabling the floating offshore wind power plant to maintain constant balance despite a change in the level of water such as waves.

    본 발명은 a)해저 지면에 앵커링된 액티브 앵커의 액티브 체인을 회수하는 단계; b)해저 지면에 앵커링된 패시브 앵커의 패시브 체인을 회수하는 단계; c)회수된 액티브 체인과 패시브 체인을 텐셔너에 연결하는 단계; d)상기 액티브 체인과 패시브 체인이 연결된 텐셔너를 수중으로 투입하는 단계; 및 e) 상기 텐셔너의 수중 투입이 완료되면, 상기 액티브 앵커와 패시브 앵커의 파지력을 확보하는 단계;를 포함하여, 측정핀이 구비된 텐셔너를 이용하여 앵커의 파지력을 최대한 확보함으로써, 부유식 해상풍력설비에 충분한 파지력이 제공되어, 부유식 해상풍력설비의 유동을 최소화할 뿐만 아니라, 파도와 같은 수위변화에도 부유식 해상풍력설비가 일정한 균형을 유지할 수 있도록 한 부유식 해상풍력설비의 앵커 파지력 확보방법을 제공한다.
