The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charging management system in an apartment house, which controls a charger in accordance with real-time charging scheduling of a vehicle included in a user group to prevent overload and to lower peak power so as to provide optimized charging. To this end, the electric vehicle charging management system, comprises: a plurality of chargers installed in a charging station, and having a charging cable; a user grouping module for generating a plurality of user groups using user information received from a plurality of user terminals; a charging scheduling module for generating real-time charging scheduling of a vehicle included in at least one of the generated user groups; and a charging management module for controlling the chargers in accordance with a charging schedule when the real-time charging scheduling is received.

    본 발명은 공동주택 내 전기차 충전 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 사용자 그룹에 포함된 차량의 실시간 충전 스케줄링에 따라 충전기를 제어하여, 과부하를 막고 피크 전력을 낮춰 최적화된 충전을 제공하는 전기차 충전 관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 충전소 내에 설치되어 충전 케이블을 구비하는 복수의 충전기, 복수의 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 사용자 정보를 이용하여 복수의 사용자 그룹을 생성하는 사용자 그룹핑 모듈, 상기 생성된 사용자 그룹 중 적어도 하나의 사용자 그룹에 포함된 차량의 실시간 충전 스케줄링을 생성하는 충전 스케줄링 모듈 및 상기 실시간 충전 스케줄링을 수신하는 경우, 충전 스케줄에 따라 상기 충전기를 제어하는 충전 관리 모듈을 포함한다.
