The present invention relates to a system of guiding a traffic situation of an autonomous vehicle using vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I)-linked ambient light and a method thereof. The system of guiding a traffic situation of an autonomous vehicle using V2I-linked ambient light according to the present invention comprises: a recognition unit configured to input traffic situation information obtained through vehicle driving information and V2I communication; a determination unit determining whether a situation requires guidance using ambient light by using the vehicle driving information and the traffic situation information; and a control unit controlling output of the ambient light with respect to the situation requiring guidance. According to the system, a driver can intuitively recognize information on a driving situation and a traffic situation.

    본 발명은 V2I 연동 엠비언트 라이트를 이용한 자율주행 자동차의 교통상황 안내 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 V2I 연동 엠비언트 라이트를 이용한 자율주행 자동차의 교통상황 안내 시스템은 차량 주행 정보 및 V2I 통신을 통해 획득한 교통 상황 정보를 입력하는 인지부와, 차량 주행 정보 및 교통 상황 정보를 이용하여 엠비언트 라이트를 이용한 안내 필요 상황에 해당하는지 여부를 판단하는 판단부 및 안내 필요 상황에 대해 상기 엠비언트 라이트의 출력을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
