Introduced is a vehicle body assembly process layout to efficiently produce various vehicle body parts of different vehicle types, models, or items. A part set (P1) of a module or an assembly unit is placed on a kit box (50) and assembled on an assembly line (100). In a part preparation line (200), the part set (P1) to be assembled is loaded into the kit box (50), and the kit box (50) is transported between process lines by an unmanned guided vehicle (70). Since the same is transported and assembled as the part set (P1), it is easy to respond to various vehicle types or model change. The vehicle body assembly process layout of the present invention comprises: the part preparation line (200); the part assembly line (100); a part input line (400); and the unmanned guided vehicle (70).
차종, 모델 또는 품목이 다른 여러 차체 부품들을 효율적으로 생산하기 위한 차체 조립공정 레이아웃에 소개된다. 모듈 또는 조립 단위의 부품세트(P1)이 키트박스(50)에 얹혀져 조립라인(100)에서 조립된다. 부품 준비라인(200)에서 조립 대상의 부품세트(P1)가 키트박스(50)에 로딩되며, 무인운반차(70)에 의해 공정라인들 간에 키트박스(50)가 운반된다. 부품세트(P1) 단위로 운반 및 조립되므로 다종 차종이나 모델 변경에 대응이 용이하다.
