The present invention relates to a high-pressure container for vehicles and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the configuration is as follows. The bonding force between a liner (10) and a nozzle boss (20) can be strengthened through an engraved groove (23) and a protrusion part (13) inserted into the engraved groove (23). When a parison (110) made of plastic is blow molded and manufactured into the liner (10), the nozzle boss (20) is heat-sealed to the inner surface of the liner (10).

    본 발명은 차량용 고압용기 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 음각홈(23) 및 음각홈(23)속에 삽입된 돌기부(13)를 통해 라이너(10)와 노즐보스(20)의 결합력 강화를 도모할 수 있고, 플라스틱 재질의 패리슨(110)을 블로우 성형해서 라이너(10)로 제작할 때에 노즐보스(20)가 라이너(10)의 내부면에 열융착으로 결합되는 구성인 것이다.
