The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rear seat back cover for a vehicle with improved fabric adhesion productivity. The method for manufacturing the rear seat back cover for the vehicle of the present invention comprises the following steps of: hot extruding a polypropylene sheet having a hollow structure; and using, without cooling the hot extruded polypropylene sheet, a remaining heat to laminate a non-woven fabric on one side of which was treated with a low-temperature hot melt powder, then pressurizing and naturally cooling to bond the non-woven fabric. According to the present invention, compared to an existing process of bonding the polypropylene sheet and the non-woven fabric which have already been formed and cooled using a separate adhesive, productivity is significantly improved.
본 발명은 중공구조를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 시트를 가열 압출하는 단계; 및 상기 가열 압출된 폴리프로필렌 시트를 냉각하지 않고, 남아있는 잔열을 이용하여 일면이 저온 핫멜트 분말 처리된 부직포 원단을 적층한 후 가압하고 자연 냉각시켜 부직포 원단을 접착하는 단계;를 포함하는 차량용 리어 시트 백커버 제조방법으로서, 기존에 성형 및 냉각까지 완료된 폴리프로필렌 시트와 부직포 원단을 별도의 접착제를 이용하여 접착시키는 공정보다 생산성이 현저히 향상된 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
