An autonomous driving control system for an electric wheelchair comprises an electric wheelchair that is configured to autonomously drive to a first destination within or outside a certain space while monitoring the health status of an occupant through at least one bio-signal sensor and a central server that manages a CCTV installed inside and outside the space. The central server comprises: a detection unit that detects location-specific environmental information inside and outside the certain space from location-specific image information of the CCTV; a communication unit that transmits map information inside and outside the certain space and the environmental information to the electric wheelchair and receives emergency information of the occupant from the electric wheelchair when the health status of the occupant is an emergency; and an emergency processing unit that selects second destination information where emergency treatment can be performed based on the emergency information and transmits the second destination to the electric wheelchair. The electric wheelchair moves autonomously by setting a first route to the first destination based on the map information and the environmental information, and when the second destination information is received, the electric wheelchair moves autonomously by setting a second route from the current location to the second destination. Accordingly, the system enables immediate patient transfer.

    상기한 본 발명의 목적을 실현하기 위한 일 실시예에 따른 전동휠체어의 자율주행 제어 시스템에 있어서, 적어도 하나 이상의 생체 신호 센서를 통해 탑승자의 건강 상태를 모니터링하면서, 일정 공간 내외부의 제1 목적지까지 자율주행하도록 구성된 전동휠체어, 및 상기 일정 공간 내외부에 설치된 CCTV를 관리하는 중앙 서버를 포함하고, 상기 중앙 서버는, 상기 CCTV의 위치별 영상 정보로부터 상기 일정 공간 내외부의 위치별 환경정보를 감지하는 감지부, 상기 전동휠체어에 상기 일정 공간 내외부의 맵(map) 정보와 상기 환경정보를 송신하고, 탑승자의 건강 상태가 응급 상황인 경우, 상기 전동휠체어로부터 탑승자의 응급 상황 정보를 수신하는 통신부, 및 상기 응급 상황 정보에 기초하여, 응급 처치가 이루어질 수 있는 제2 목적지 정보를 선정하여 상기 전동휠체어에 송신하는 응급상황 처리부를 포함하고, 상기 전동휠체어는 상기 맵 정보와 상기 환경정보에 기초하여 제1 목적지까지의 제1 경로를 설정하여 자율주행으로 이동되고, 상기 제2 목적지 정보가 수신되면, 현재 위치로부터 상기 제2 목적지까지의 제2 경로를 재설정하여 자율주행으로 이동된다.
