The present invention relates to a railway track and vehicle monitoring system and comprises: a light source unit that emits pulsed light; an optical circulator that outputs the input pulsed light to a sensing end and outputs reverse scattering light to a detection end; a sensing optical fiber that is installed on a track with one end connected to the sensing end; a light detection unit that receives and processes light output from the detection end; and a signal processing unit that calculates the position and speed information of a vehicle on the track from the signal output from the light detection unit. The signal processing unit comprises: a pre-processing module that performs pre-processing on the collected signal output from the light detection unit to restore attenuation; a binarization processing module that generates binarization data for the signal generated through the pre-processing module; a vehicle candidate area detection module that calculates weight-based density based on the binarization data and detects an area with dense vibration signals as a railway vehicle candidate area; a vehicle length calculation module that applies a Gaussian filter to the vehicle candidate area and calculates a railway vehicle length from the area that is greater than or equal to a threshold value; and an object dynamic management module that determines the vehicle length information calculated from the vehicle length calculation module as an object and calculates attribute information including speed for the object. Accordingly, measurement precision for vehicle tracking can be improved.

    본 발명은 철도의 선로 및 차량 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 펄스광을 출사하는 광원부와, 입력된 펄스광을 센싱단으로 출력하고, 역으로 진행되는 산란광을 검출단으로 출력하는 광써큘에이터와, 센싱단에 일단이 접속되어 선로에 포설된 센싱 광섬유와, 검출단으로부터 출력되는 광을 수신처리하는 광검출부와, 광검출부에서 출력되는 신호로부터 선로상에서의 차량의 위치 및 속도정보를 산출하는 신호처리부를 구비하고, 신호처리부는 광검출부로부터 출력되어 수집된 신호에 대해 전처리를 수행하여 감쇠를 복원하는 전처리모듈과, 전처리모듈을 거쳐 생성된 신호에 대해 이진화 데이터를 생성하는 이진화처리모듈과, 이진화데이터를 기반으로 가중치 기반 밀도를 계산하여 진동신호가 밀집한 지역을 철도 차량 후보 영역으로 검출하는 차량 후보영역 검출모듈과, 차량후보 영역에 대해 가우시안 필터를 적용하여 상기 문턱값 이상이 되는 영역으로부터 철도 차량 길이를 산출하는 차량길이 산출모듈과, 차량길이 산출모듈에서 산출된 차량길이 정보를 객체로 결정하고, 객체에 대한 속도를 포함한 속성정보를 산출하는 객체 동적 관리모듈을 구비한다.
