The present invention relates to a ship interior material structure using recycled plastic. The ship interior material structure using recycled plastic manufactured by heating and extruding a mixture of recycled plastic, flame retardant, and hardener comprises: a body which includes at least two spaces formed inside and extending in the length direction, and at least one partition wall formed between the spaces and extending in the length direction; a groove which extends on one side of the body in the length direction; and a protrusion which is formed on the other side of the body and extends outwardly in the length direction. The interior material structure is drawn and cut after extrusion. The mixture contains 70 to 80 wt% of the pellet-form recycled plastic, 5 to 10 wt% of the flame retardant, and 10 to 20 wt% of the hardener. Therefore, the ship interior material structure is eco-friendly and resistant to corrosion, possesses flame retardant properties, and can enhance constructability.

    본 발명은 폐플라스틱을 활용한 선박 실내 내장재 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 폐플라스틱과, 난연제 및 경화제의 혼합물을 가열 및 압출하여 제조된 폐플라스틱을 활용한 선박 실내 내장재 구조물은 내부에 길이 방향으로 연장된 적어도 2개 이상의 공간부가 형성되며, 공간부들 사이에는 길이 방향으로 연장된 적어도 하나 이상의 격벽이 형성된 본체와, 본체의 일측면에 길이 방향으로 연장되는 홈과, 본체의 타측면에 길이 방향으로 연장되며 외측으로 형성된 돌출부를 포함하여 구성되며, 내장재 구조물은 압출된 이후에 인발되어 절단되며, 혼합물의 비율은 필렛 형태의 폐플라스틱은 70~80wt%이고, 난연제는 5~10wt%이고, 경화제는 10~20wt%이다.
