Disclosed are a method and a device for controlling a vehicle for use convenience of a trunk. According to one disclosed aspect, provided is the method for controlling a vehicle, which comprises: a process of recognizing a trunk use request; a process of obtaining parking situation information of a vehicle; a process of controlling a behavior of the vehicle to secure a space for use of a trunk based on parking situation information of the vehicle; and a process of opening a door of the trunk when the space for the use of the trunk is secured.

    트렁크 이용 편의를 위한 차량 제어방법 및 장치를 개시한다. 본 개시의 일 측면에 의하면, 트렁크 이용 요청을 인식하는 과정; 차량의 주차상황 정보를 획득하는 과정; 상기 차량의 주차상황 정보를 기초로, 트렁크의 이용을 위한 공간이 확보되도록, 상기 차량의 거동을 제어하는 과정; 및 상기 트렁크의 이용을 위한 공간이 확보되면, 상기 트렁크의 도어를 개방하는 과정을 포함하는 차량 제어방법을 제공한다.
